We are always looking for new and exciting ways to develop our team. As part of our AME WAY, Fundamentals, specifically #16, “Embrace Change and Growth,” we are continuing to grow our employees and our relationship with the Literacy Council of Montgomery County. The first step is to evaluate where our employees are, as we prepare for the second annual English Language course.
AME is the acting GC for this commercial pool amenity renovation in Arlington, VA. Scope includes extensive stormwater management detention & infiltration systems, new concrete pool deck, IPE sun deck, expansive paver & synthetic turf areas, grilling stations with quartz counters, 8’ fireplace, movie wall, and much, much more! Residents will have plenty of social space on this one! The project is due to be completed later this year.
Another Brightview installation underway by AME @ Grosvenor in Bethesda, MD.
Coty Chesapeake Bay Restoration project was the installation of 700 native trees planted in a 100-year grassland floodplain area on the property of Coty Cosmetics in Hunt Valley, MD. This environmental mitigation project consisted of 350 1” caliper trees, 350 2” caliper trees, and will be maintained by Ashton Manor Environmental over the next two years.
