DIY Face Mask Contest

AME EMPLOYEES CERTIFIED IN CPR, AED & BASIC FIRST AID

Ashton Manor Environmental employees were recently certified in CPR, AED and Basic First Aid by the American Safety Health Institute. CPR Training for employees can save lives, improve workplace safety, increase worker confidence, and takes crucial skills outside of the office into the community. Whether on the job or not, we want all our employees to be safe and to be able to assist if there were an emergency need for CPR. Safety is very important to us at AME.

Jemicy Field Trip

Providing educational opportunities for students is part of the Ashton Manor Environmental culture. Recently, students from Jemicy School visited our facility to learn about the landscape industry. We discussed machinery, importance of maintenance, recycling of waste products, and toured our Nursery. The students observed a live demonstration of how to use a tree chipper, skid steer, bucket truck, mini excavator, and stump grinder. They also visited our nursery and planted trees.
