What size projects does AME Commercial Landscaping handle?

Our commercial landscaping project range is very wide. Due to our longevity in the business, we work with many clients on extremely large-scale projects. We also understand small projects can be just as important. We encourage you to consult with our Sales Estimating Team on any commercial project size.

Does AME commercial work include custom stonework?

Ashton Manor Environmental handles all softscape and hardscape elements. We include custom stonework, paving, asphalt and masonry for custom projects. We encourage you to speak to our Sales Estimating Team, and we can share past project work examples and references.

Does AME commercial work include more than just planting?

Absolutely. Please review our commercial page for more specifics. Common projects are: hardscaping of parks, commercial courtyards, turfing areas, outdoor spaces such as kitchens, dog parks, pergolas, site amenities, site furnishings, sidewalks, pavers and large planters. If it’s part of a commercial landscape and hardscape project, Ashton Manor Environmental is the right company for the job.

Does AME own their own equipment, or do you rent?

Since our first truck in 2002, to our now fleet of over 150 vehicles and pieces of equipment, we take pride in managing our projects with the right tools for each individual job. We also have relationships with the best subcontractors in the business and if necessary, obtain any special equipment needed for a project in a very timely manner.

What is AME’s bonding rate?

We have a very large bonding capacity due to the nature and scale of the commercial projects we handle. We encourage this process, and our Sales Estimating Team is happy to discuss this with your company. AME will extend a large bond for any project.

Does AME provide design services?

We can provide design services, but we are more than happy to collaborate with your landscape design team. We find the best projects are a collaborative process between AME and its clients.

How do I know Ashton Manor Environmental follows safety protocols on site?

Safety is embedded in our culture. Our clients never have to wonder if the AME team is wearing their vest and hard hat. Safety always has been and always will be a top priority. In addition to our safety measures, we have an AME Safety Committee that meets twice a month to evaluate our latest protocols.

Ashton Manor Environmental has environmental experience in both state and federal projects, builder/developer work and local community projects. Our environmental work includes reforestation, wetland mitigation, stream reforestation, dune planting and more. Fifty percent of our work is environmental, and we are revered by regulators because they know when AME is the job, the job is done right.

Our experience, combined with our founder’s education of a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science from the State University of New York and a Master’s in Environmental Science from Johns Hopkins, has elevated us to be an industry leader in our region.

Another major element that sets our team apart with environmental work is our planning. We can proactively advocate on the best decisions that will save time when it comes to implementation. Working hand-in-hand with our arborists and experts that provide tree and planting assessments, allows us to save our clients time and money in the planning stage of important environmental work.

Does AME provide tree services for residential properties?

Yes, Ashton Manor Environmental has tree experts on staff. We provide services for both commercial and residential tree work. Our tree work ranges from helping provide assessment and evaluations of tree care, safe tree removal and helping clients understand how to deal with insurance companies related to tree damage.

If I lose a tree in a storm or I have a tree fall on my roof, will AME be able to help in a timely manner?

Yes. Contact our team immediately, and we can assess your situation and provide a clear action plan for your situation. We can also assist when dealing with insurance companies to handle any tree-related issues to your home or property.

If the local government (or a neighbor) says I have to cut down a certain tree in my yard, can you help me?

Yes, we have certificated arborists on our team that can help assess the tree and provide expert advice on the best outcome for the tree and your property.

Are your tree experts licensed and insured?

Does AME provide residential landscaping services?

Yes, Ashton Manor works with clients on their residential outdoor living spaces. Our expertise in complex and turn-key commercial jobs allows us to complete residential projects with ease. Our in-house design team is available to help with your vision regarding your residential outdoor needs. Snow Removal

Does AME handle commercial snow removal?

Yes, Ashton Manor Environmental handles commercial snow removal in all of Maryland, Washington DC, and Virginia. We have many clients with large, complex sites such as hospitals, senior living facilities and spaces where there is very low tolerance for snow and ice. Our snow removal consists of providing hand-labor to the largest snow plow a child could ever dream of seeing.

Does AME provide residential snow removal?

No, we do not provide residential snow removal at this time.
