Join us as we celebrate two decades of success!
2022 marks Ashton Manor Environmental’s (AME) 20th anniversary year. As the region’s premier environmental and commercial landscape company, we extend a sincere thank you to everyone who has contributed to our success.
20 years ago, our work was focused on providing the best tree care, environmental mitigation, and residential landscaping services. After acquiring the historic Rice Manor property in Ashton, Maryland, AME grew to accommodate more offices, mechanic shops, irrigated plant holding areas, and more than 100 trucks within our fleet! AME is now the DMV’s preferred partner for landscaping, environmental mitigation, and expert arbor care services.
Growing Our Team
AME was founded by Jeff Schwartz, with one truck, three men, and big ideas for the future of environmental landscaping. Since growing to more than 120 employees, we truly believe we work with the best talent in the industry.
From the beginning, we set out to be different from other companies. The AME Way, a collection of 30 fundamentals serves as the foundation of our culture. Our employees operate with these ideals in mind, while providing clients and vendors the best possible experience. The AME team consistently upholds these values and reflects how to have fun doing it.
Delivering Superior Client Service
We are proud to have been a part of some of the region’s most iconic projects, such as Capital One Perch Putt, Ocean City Dunes, and Avalon Foundry Row. These projects are made possible by working in tandem with our valued client base, many of whom began working with AME in 2002. As Jeff recalled “We thank our clients for inspiring us to do better over the years. Delivering you the best products and services is what motivates us to continuously improve and innovate!” Our clients, who come from a range of disciplines, backgrounds, and sectors, have helped make AME what it is today. We are grateful to them for their unwavering partnership and continued support.
Caring for our Community
The parallels between AME’s best business practices and our corporate philanthropy goals are many; constantly pushing the boundaries of originality, a practical vision for growth, and a steady commitment to helping our neighbor. Despite recent social distancing challenges, our team remained a leader in our community, further emboldening our company values.
