We are excited to announce our Herndon Senior Living Community project won an Associated Builders and Contractors of Metro Washington Excellence in Construction Award!
This 7-story, 230,000-square-foot development in Northern Virginia offers various living options, including independent living, assisted living, and memory care. We incorporated numerous landscape features such as outdoor gardens, fireplaces, and recreational spaces to create a serene environment.
The community features hundreds of trees and shrubs, thousands of perennials, a bocce ball court, and a dog park. Additionally, we designed and planted open spaces with various themes to accommodate different plant needs. The public park, built over a below-grade parking deck, fosters intergenerational activity and interaction.
Our focus on community-building and activation ensures residents remain engaged in the local community.
We extend our sincere gratitude to Donohoe Construction Company for their invaluable partnership on this project.
Our director of operations, Joshua Monroe, superintendent Luis Sapon, and project manager, Scott Pullen, accepted this award on behalf of Ashton Manor Medio ambiente.
