Providing educational opportunities for students is part of the Ashton Manor Environmental culture.
Recently, students from Jemicy School visited our facility to learn about the landscape industry. We discussed machinery, importance of maintenance, recycling of waste products, and toured our Nursery. The students observed a live demonstration of how to use a tree chipper, skid steer, bucket truck, mini excavator, and stump grinder. They also visited our nursery and planted trees. Field trips to our eight-acre property provide students with the ability to learn by doing, exposing them to unique life experiences.
