La cinta transportadora, que ser\u00e1 la \u00fanica de este tipo jam\u00e1s construida, se construir\u00e1 principalmente sobre el suelo y con un cerramiento para reducir los niveles de polvo y ruido.  Aproximadamente entre 1,5 y 1,8 millas de la cinta estar\u00e1n bajo tierra donde cruce carreteras o v\u00edas f\u00e9rreas.
