AME had another great year at Leadercast 2018. This year’s topic was “Before you can lead others well, you must first learn how to lead yourself.” We heard from multiple well know leadership experts such as Carey Lohrenz and Ian Cron. Each speaker was very informative and offered great tips and advice of how to lead yourself well. For example, to be a great leader, one must continuously work on their self-awareness, self-management, and purpose & vision. We also heard from Jeff Schwartz, as he was the Baltimore location’s lunch speaker. He spoke about the history of AME, the leadership skills required of him, and each AME employee that has helped build the company over the past 15 years. We all learned a lot and look forward to being better, more effective leaders!
